We’re giving Pilates a refreshing twist… 😉
Take “balance” to a whole new level by adding a new kind of prop to challenge your mind and your body… a stubby of beer!
We focus on keeping the class flowing with minimal breaks (except to take a sip) to keep that heart rate pumping with a good beat in the background to distract you from the burn.
A combination of standing, mat and drinking movements will leave you feeling refreshed, satisfied and like you’ve worked every tiny muscle in your body plus a few you didn’t know you had!

*PLEASE NOTE: You can only purchase a ticket for yourself, if you plan to come with friends they need to create their OWN ACCOUNT and purchse their ticket via their account so they can secure a spot in the class. Purchasing a ticket without a booking WILL NOT guarantee you a spot.
