01.08.2016 – We decided to bring some colour into Perth’s grey winter months, with a new colourful Breakfast Menu.
This years Perth Winter wasn’t nice – way to wet and grey for our liking. So we thought we have to add back some colour into everyone’s life… Our chefs were busy testing, cooking and come up with a lovely new Breakfast Menu which we launched on the 20th July 2016. The idea was to create something colourful, fresh and tasty – and they hit the nail on the head!
Highlights include our “Spiced Pumpkin Pancakes” with Orange Curd, Mascarpone and crushed Walnuts – a great mixture of sweat and fruity, the “Salmon Stack” which includes a potato tortilla (google it, if you imagine a “Wrap” in front of your eyes…) with smoked salmon, Asparagus and Hollandaise and for example the Chorizo and Roast Tomato Bruschetta with Poached Eggs… To see the full menu, click here.
To put the new menu to the test, we thought it would be a great idea to invite some local Perth Breakfast Bloggers. So on a Sunday Morning in July, Bloggers like Foodie Craving, Inexology and Perth Foodie Girls joined us for a morning feast. And we must say, we were happy with the outcome! Everyone had feedback like “ It was by far the best pancakes I’ve ever had.” from a Pancake Fan like Karina (Foodie Cravings), then you know you’ve done something right….
