FUNCTION BEVERAGE OPTIONS

There are 4 beverage options available for functions:

Cash Bar
Consumption tab
Beverage Package
Drink tokens

cash bar

This enables guests to purchase their own beverages as they order.  

consumption

A bar tab enables you as the function organiser, to pre select drinks from our beverage list
of what you would like available for your guests on the evening.
We normally recommend a selection of five beers including
one light beer, 2 – 3 white wines, 2 red wines and a sparkling.
Spirits can also be added to your bar tab should you wish.

The pre-determined monetary limit is to be advised to the function coordinators
prior to your event and then the selected drinks are charged on a consumption basis.

drink tokens

Drink tokens can be arranged prior to your function assisted by our function coordinators.
As the function organiser you will advise us of the amount you would like the tokens
to be valid for or alternatively which drinks can be purchased by using the tokens.
The drinks purchased will then be charged to your account.
This system works well if you want to offer your guests one or two drinks on arrival.

Please note that due to our dedication to the Responsible Service of Alcohol we are not able to offer discounted drinks.

A number of packages are available on a selected range of beverages for 2, 3 or 4 hours.
